Tóm tắt:TÀI LIỆU THAM KHẢO:This study investigates the factors influencing the selection of third-party logistics (3PL) service providers by oil and gas enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City. To ensure reliability and validity, the research applies multiple methods, including Cronbach’s Alpha for reliability testing and Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) for factor extraction. The analysis identifies five key factors—Service Cost (SC), Reputation (RE), Performance (PE), Customer Service (CS), and Long-term Relationship (LR)—that significantly impact 3PL provider selection. Multiple regression analysis further demonstrates that Service Cost and Reputation are the most influential factors, followed by Performance and Customer Service. These findings provide valuable insights into how oil and gas enterprises evaluate 3PL providers, offering practical implications for logistics service providers. The study also lays a foundation for future research on 3PL service selection criteria.
