Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue has required ministries, localities and State-owned enterprises (SOEs) to strictly implement the Government’s Decree No. 81/215/ND-CP on disclosure of SOEs’ information.

Under Decree No. 81, SOEs are requested to periodically disclose their development strategies, five-year and annual production and business and development investment plans, reports assessing the implementation of production and business plans annually and during the latest three years, and reports on the implementation of public-welfare tasks and other social responsibilities.

In addition, the enterprises have to publicize annual reports on their reorganization, governance and organizational structure, biannual and annual financial statements, and reports on salary and bonus regimes.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment was asked to report to the Prime Minister a list of enterprises which fail to do the task and propose punishments on violations.

The ministry will supervise and speed up the implementation of the Decree among ministries, localities, and economic groups and corporates as well as make periodical reports on the information disclosure of SOEs to submit to the PM.
