Techcombank set its buying rate at 22,680 VND and its selling rate at 22,770 VND, per USD, unchanged from the end of last week.
Reference exchange rate down by at 4 VND at week’s beginning
The State Bank of Vietnam set its reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,428 VND/USD on September 11, down by 4 VND from the end of last week.
