Vietcombank raised its both rates by 5 VND from the previous day to 22, 680 VND (buying) and 22,750 VND (selling), per USD.
Meanwhile Vietinbank and BIDV set 22,680 VND (buying) and 22,750 VND (selling), per USD, unchanged from November 7.
Reference exchange rate up by 4 VND
The State Bank of Vietnam set its reference VND/USD exchange rate at 22,470 VND/USD on the morning of November 8, up by 4 VND from the day ago.
