Vietnam earned 212.1 million USD exporting handicraft products to U.S

The latest statistics of the General Department of Vietnam Customs showed that Vietnam collected 212.1 million USD from exporting rattan, bamboo and sedge products to the US in the first 10 months of

Vietnam’s handicraft productsexport experienced an increase between January and November. According to the department, Vietnam has sold rattan, bamboo and sedge products in 19 countries and territories. The US is the biggest importer of these products with 51.2 million USD, accounting for 27 percent, followed by Japan and Germany. Specially, exports of the products to China grew significantly, by 36.49 percent, along with other markets including Taiwan, Spain and Denmark.
