Results through the third round of review, MOIT has issued a list of equipments and machineries, goods and materials produced domestically, including 120 products, product groups, with a total of 1,371 firms are manufacturing products by category. In particular, MOIT has issued Instruction No21/CT-BCT dated 21 June, 2010 on the implementation of measures to increase the use of machineries and, equipments, goods and materials can be produced in the bidding in its units and groups, corporations, companies of industry and trade sector.
Up to date, the groups, the corporations have implemented Directive 494 and the text of the guidelines strictly; conducting a review of the invested projects in procurement and import of machineries and equipments, supplies and materials right from the bidding. Many projects using domestic equipments, such as the Son La, Ban Chat Hydropower, Vung Ang 1 Thermal Power, expanded Uong Bi Thermal Power Phase 2, Thai Nguyen Steel Joint Stock Company...
