This study evaluates the factors influencing brand awareness of FPT Telecom in Can Tho City. The research examines six key factors and 25 observational variables using a convenience random sampling method. The study employs descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha reliability testing, EFA, and multivariate regression analysis to assess the determinants of brand awareness. The findings provide strategic insights for FPT Telecom in Can Tho City to strengthen its brand recognition, ultimately contributing to greater brand value and business growth.
