Hỗ trợ 43 địa phương thực hiện dự án cấp bách

Thủ tướng Chính phủ giao Bộ Tài chính chịu trách nhiệm về tính chính xác của các thông tin, số liệu đã báo cáo về sử dụng nguồn dự phòng ngân sách trung ương năm 2014 theo đúng quy định; thông báo danh mục dự án được hỗ trợ vốn cho các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc trung ương để triển khai thực hiện.

UBND các tỉnh, thành phố trực thuộc trung ương được hỗ trợ vốn có trách nhiệm quản lý, sử dụng số vốn hỗ trợ nêu trên theo đúng mục đích, đúng đối tượng và đúng quy định pháp luật hiện hành; chủ động sử dụng ngân sách địa phương và huy động các nguồn vốn hợp pháp khác để thực hiện, bảo đảm hiệu quả đầu tư các dự án.
