Tóm tắt:TÀI LIỆU THAM KHẢO:This study investigates the evolving role of monetary policy in Vietnam’s economic development, focusing on its objectives, theoretical underpinnings, operational mechanisms, institutional framework, and practical application. Within the broader context of Vietnam’s socioeconomic strategy, characterized by a unique combination of socialist governance and market-oriented reforms, the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) has been central in managing inflation, stabilizing the currency, ensuring credit market liquidity, and promoting economic growth. In recent years, monetary policy has increasingly adapted to global economic shifts, digital transformation, and climate-related risks, highlighting the need for a more proactive, flexible, and forward-looking policy approach.
