Trong đợt mở thầu này, ngoài Việt Nam còn có Thái Lan và Campuchia
tham gia. Kết quả, phía Việt Nam đã trúng thầu cung ứng toàn bộ 500.000 tấn gạo 25% tấm với giá
tốt, thời gian giao hàng từ tháng 12/2013 đến tháng 3/2014.
Được biết, từ đầu năm đến nay, Việt Nam đã XK sang Philippines 350.000 tấn gạo.
Liên quan đến tình hình xuất khẩu gạo, tuần thứ 2 của tháng
11, giá gạo 5% tấm của Việt Nam đã tăng 5 USD/tấn so với tuần trước, đạt mức trung bình 400
USD/tấn. Tuy nhiên, mức giá này vẫn thấp hơn tháng 10.
VFA cho biết kết quả giao hàng từ ngày 1-14/11/2013 đạt 142.265 tấn, giảm khoảng 73% so với cùng
thời điểm của tháng trước. Lũy kế xuất khẩu từ đầu năm đến 14/11 đạt 5,876 triệu tấn, trị giá FOB
2,526 tỷ USD, trị giá CIF 2,616 tỷ USD.
Nếu so với cùng kỳ năm trước, tổng kim ngạch xuất khẩu gạo đã giảm khoảng 17%, giá gạo xuất khẩu
tính trung bình trong 2 tuần đầu của tháng 11 vào khoảng 430 USD/tấn (FOB), giảm 3% so với tháng
trước.
