The reason reachs that results which is from many years passed, TKV has special focused on quality human resources. According to Mr. Le Duong Quang - Vice Minister of Ministry of Industry and Trade, Chairman of the Management Board of the Vietnam National Coal - Minerals Industries Group, at present, staffs, workers on the coal industry meet the basic requirements of the mission phase accelerating industrialization and modernization. Management officials from the Group to member units to be trained, for progress, had been tested through practice, understanding the basic problems of the business fairly sure, have fairly level, quickly adapted to the requirements of the reform era. For workers produce directly who the most aware of their responsibilities, maintain and develop the tradition of "heroic Miners," work hard, endure strenuous, arduous, attachment to the profession and are well trained in trades in various forms. However, compared with the increasing requirements of the task, the quality of cadres, workers also need to continue to improve, enhance, primarily in areas such as mastering new technology, investment management, risk management skills, cost management, quality management, independent capacity is making decision, especially when it comes to responding to every situation...
