Vietnam Electricity is implementing actively nuclear power projects in Ninh Thuan Vietnam coal industry improve the quality of human resources

EVN and other agencies to build the master plan for implementation the Ninh Thuan nuclear power project and was the Prime Minister, which according to divide the Ninh Thuan nuclear power project into 07 component projects and 02 schemes and assign responsibility for the implementation, in which EVN invested 05 projects: The nuclear power plant investment project Ninh Thuan 1; The nuclear power plant investment project Ninh Thuan 2; Infrastructure projects for construction NPPs in Ninh Thuan; the public relations center project on nuclear power; project to train human resources for nuclear power project in Ninh Thuan. 

Currently, EVN is continuing with the authorities of the Government negotiated two agreements at national level between Vietnam and the Russian Federation related to a project NPP Ninh Thuan, such as the Inter-Governmental Agreement on the construction NPP up on the territory of Vietnam and the credit provide Agreement for the construction NPP in Vietnam. On the other hand, EVN has published dossier which demand to choose, consulting and pick up the investment project and dossier approved project location NPP Ninh Thuan 1 in 2010. In addition to actively carrying out the preparatory work to ensure targets starting NPP Ninh Thuan 1 in 2014, EVN was established cooperative relationships with other training institutions of the Russian Federation to serve long-term training programs, coordinating with local partners such as the Vietnam Atomic Energy Commission, the foreign partners such as Japan, China, France ... to training short-term training the basics and advanced about nuclear power for staff, engineers have experience of EVN and its member units. EVN is also continuing to promote the international cooperation activities, particularly with the International Atomic Energy Association (IAEA) to take advantage of technical assistance, personnel training ... which IAEA gives the member States./.
